No lived experience or sense of self is the same, and for those of us who live at the intersections of race, gender, and/or sexuality there is a unique set of stressors that we face when navigating a world that does not cater to us.
Are you…
Wanting to discover how to show up in your full authentic self when navigating familial, cultural, and/or societal expectations that are at odds?
Able to put words to your emotions, yet struggling to feel through them?
Navigating a big transition?
Wanting to disrupt patterns that no longer feel of use to you?
You do not have to face this alone, I will provide a space to honor your grief and rage while making room for joy, imagination, and self-exploration.
My Approach
I am passionate about working from decolonial and abolitionist frameworks. I believe that how we support and show up for ourselves and each other is at the core of creating alternatives to the systems and structures that we live in.
While I bring clinical knowledge, YOU are the expert of your own experience. I see myself as a partner in your healing journey and am committed to co-creating a container for you to make meaning of your lived experience as you reconnect and strengthen your relationship and trust to self.
